Absolutely fantastic little spot in the countryside, perfect for those who don't have a car. It's around 1.5hrs from London on the train, then just a 10 min walk from Barnham station. Close enough to not have a car and still get to see the area (i.e. Arundel & surrounds or the beach) by train, but far enough to not hear a sound while you're sitting by the firepit in the evening. I loved the fact that it was so well done on the interior, everything was so high spec, I even took a picture of a couple of things because I just had to get them immediately for our own house after using them. Everything about it was so cosy, from the rain pattering on the roof while you're all warm tucked up inside, to the two fires to choose from, so that even if it did rain one evening we still got the luxury of being by a fire, just inside. We will be telling everyone & definitely returning. Thanks so much.

It was wonderful to be able to return to the farm, and see the area in springtime. Loved staying in Hut 1 this time, with it’s bath. Very peaceful and restful stay, and loved being able to light a fire and have meals outside in the sun. Thank you for having me!

We stayed on the farm over a long weekend and had an amazing time! The hut is lovely, it has everything you need and some great added touches like a pit for a fire outside! It is perfectly situated for walks in the South Downs or a trip to the coast!

We stayed in hut 1. South facing so we had the sun pretty much all day. In the evening you could watch the sun go down. Beautiful sky. Hut was well equipped. Cosy and comfortable. Lovely sit up bath tub. It was very peaceful even watching the trains and roads in the distance you could not really hear them. The fire pit was fun to cook on. We did 2 dinners and a full breakfast on it! There is a gas hob in the hut which we used to boil water for tea. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely go there again. There are people around but we felt still felt like we had the place to ourselves.

Hello Di, just to say thank you. We had a really lovely stay and definitely keen to come back again. I’m afraid we broke the handle of one of the mugs when washing up this morning. We’ve left it out on the side. Very happy to transfer some money to reimburse. Thanks for a really peaceful break!
